This Privacy Policy describes how Novus Modern collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit novusmodern.com, make a purchase, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

Novus Modern is an online business serving eligible customers in the United States. In this policy, “Novus Modern,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator.

We do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on our own systems. Each provider processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

Suppliers and carriers may receive a customer’s name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, selected product, and other order details needed to fulfill or support the purchase.

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies. Some are necessary for checkout, security, cart functionality, and preferences. Others may support analytics, performance measurement, or advertising when enabled.

Do not send payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or live chat.
